[ 02 ]What we actually do

We map what to post, when, and why, a month at a time, so nothing gets made on a whim or posted into a void.

We write the hook, the structure, and the beats before anything gets cut, so every piece has a reason to exist. A good piece of content is down to storytelling and nothing else.

We pull from what you have already filmed, podcasts, long form, old uploads, and turn the best of it into short form that earns attention. And if long-form is what you are after, we do that as well.

Cuts, captions, sound, pacing. The part that quietly decides whether someone watches three seconds or thirty.

We publish on schedule, write the captions, and stay on the comments, so the account feels alive rather than automated.

We read what actually happened, not the vanity numbers, and feed it straight back into next month's plan.

Some clients use us for one. Most use us for all six.

Editing is the easy part.Knowing what deserves to exist is the job.

[ 03 ]What they say

sample voices, to be replaced with real client quotes before launch

My mum sent me one of my own Reels and said "have you seen this guy, he is good." That was their edit.

Daniel Frost
Founder

They told me my favourite idea was weak, and they were annoyingly right. I have trusted them with everything since.

Mara Whitfield
Creator

I genuinely forgot my scheduling app password. That's not a complaint, that's the dream.

Tom Castellano
Operator

The first cut they sent made me a little emotional, honestly. Two years of us fumbling it ourselves, fixed in one video.

Elise Brandt
Founder

I used to art direct every thumbnail like a control freak. Now I just say "you know what to do" and they actually do.

Greg Lindqvist
Podcaster

We went from posting whenever someone remembered to posting like adults with a plan. My team noticed. My competitors noticed.

Hannah Reyes
Creator

Our last three launches were quietly carried by content I barely had to think about. I think about that a lot.

Will Decker
Founder

They argued with me about a hook for ten minutes. Ten minutes! They were right, and I loved every second of being wrong.

Sophie Marchetti
Course Creator

I keep almost adding them to the company birthday list. That's how in-house they feel.

Ben Asher
Operator

My calendar had a weekly block called "figure out content" that I dreaded like a dentist appointment. It is gone, and I am free.

Clara Donovan
Newsletter Writer

They actually read the analytics. Not the pretend reading agencies do, the real kind, where they change things after.

Nate Holloway
Creator

Three years of footage sat in a drive like a junk drawer. They opened it and found a whole content strategy in there.

Ivy Salander
Founder

They made my LinkedIn sound like me, but the version of me that sleeps eight hours and drinks water.

Marcus Lend
Podcaster

No status calls. No decks. Just edits showing up like clockwork and numbers quietly climbing. It feels almost suspicious.

Rachel Kemp
Operator

I was nervous about handing over my voice. Two weeks later I handed over the passwords, and honestly, some of my anxiety too.

Sam Reuben
Founder

Our best performing video this year was their idea. I've made peace with it. Mostly.

Lena Voss
Creator

They took one rambling forty-minute podcast and cut a month of posts from it. My cohost thinks I hired a wizard.

Chris Ballard
Podcaster

I asked for consistency and got a point of view I didn't know my brand had. Like finding money in an old coat.

Maya Eriksson
Course Creator

I used to be the bottleneck. My whole team knew it. Now the content just flows and I get to pretend it was my plan all along.

Drew Hammond
Operator

They say no to me. Politely, with reasons, but no. Do you know how rare that is from an agency?

Grace Whitlock
Creator

We doubled our output and the quality went up. I keep waiting for the catch. There's no catch.

Owen Pryce
Founder

They care about my account more than I do some weeks, and I say that with love and mild embarrassment.

Tessa Lange
Newsletter Writer

Every Monday a plan just appears. I approve it with my coffee. It is the calmest part of my week.

Caleb Mercer
Podcaster

They read all the comments so I never have to, then send me only the ones that matter or make me laugh.

Nadia Romano
Founder

Fewer emails, better work. I did not know agencies were allowed to do that.

Felix Carrow
Creator

The follower count is nice, but the DMs that turned into actual clients? That paid for the whole year.

Joanna Pike
Operator

I said "we should post more" in a meeting, like everyone does. A week later it was an actual system. I was not prepared.

Ryan Tellez
Founder

I used to dread the content conversation like a tax deadline. Now it just happens without me, and I feel lighter.

Amelia Hart
Creator

Good editors are rare. Editors who tell you which video not to post are basically mythical creatures.

Victor Salisbury
Founder

We talk once a month. The rest of the time I just watch it work, like a very productive aquarium.

[ 04 ]How we work
01

You tell us what you're building. We listen.

02

We design a system that fits how you actually work.

03

You stop thinking about content.

[ 05 ]Who we work with

For creatorsCreators

You already make things people watch. We run everything around it, the scripting, the editing, the posting, the parts that quietly eat your week, so you can stay in the one seat only you can fill.

For foundersFounders

Your face is the brand whether you planned it that way or not. We turn the post you'd write if you had a spare hour into a steady presence, without making you sound like a motivational LinkedIn account.

For brandsBrands

You've got a logo, a product, and an account nobody's touched since the last intern left. We give it a voice, a rhythm, and a reason for people to actually follow it.

[ 06 ]Who built this

Honestly? BruMedia started because we kept meeting brilliant creators and founders being handed 40-slide strategy decks and zero finished videos. Someone had to just… make the thing. So that's what we do: script it, cut it, post it, learn from it, repeat.

We keep our client list short on purpose. When we take you on, your account gets treated like our own, which is exactly why we can't say yes to everyone. We'd rather do right by a few people than be average for many.

[ 07 ]Questions
What does BruMedia do?

We run social media end to end for creators, founders and brands, strategy, scripting, editing, posting and analytics. You hand us the raw material and the goals, and we turn it into short-form content that actually gets watched. Oh, and long-form too if that is what you are looking for.

Do you film content?

No. We work with footage you already have, podcasts, long-form, old uploads (we also help you script and create better raw footage that sticks naturally), and turn the best of it into short-form and long-form for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. No cameras, no crews, no studio days.

Which platforms do you work with?

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn. Mostly short-form vertical, plus the captions and community management around it. And if long-form is what you are looking for, we do that as well.

Who do you work with?

Creators, founders and brands. Creators who already make things people watch, founders whose face is the brand, and companies that want a real social presence instead of a dormant account.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is custom, so there are no set packages or tiers. Tell us what you are building and we will scope it around that. Get in touch for a conversation.

How do we get started?

Send us a note through the contact form or email hello@brumedia.org. We read every message ourselves, usually within a day or two.
